One Year at the Job

You made it! One year at your new job. Are you happy? Is it everything you had hoped for? Does your job reflect what you have read in the job posting when you applied?

If your answer is “No” to the above questions, don’t panic. There are plenty of other young professionals out there who are experiencing the so-called “one year trap”. They began their new jobs full of excitement and then it turns out the job is not what it seemed it would be. A feeling of demotiavtion and frustration takes over. Looking for alternatives with only one or a couple of years of professional experience can be challenging though. So before you make any hasty decisions, NEON advises to take a look at yourself first and see whether you can change your attitude.
